This was a FREE release given away at the Portland Noisefest on 03/31/06 & 04/01/06 at Reed College.... for the most part.
The 3.5 diskette came glued inside a package constructed of tin foil & sections of the remaining inserts from the GX split.
The packaging must be destroyed or altered in some way for the end user to get the diskette out. 
The entire package was sealed in heavy plastic.
